We are in Mpape, on the northern edge of Abuja, where the quarry hills keep the evenings quiet and the mornings come in soft and unhurried — and we have built everything here around the simple idea that a guest should never have to ask twice.

Hospitality, kept to a standard

Every room is walked through by hand before a key is given out — power, water, air conditioning, the linen, the lights, the details that quietly decide whether a night is restful or merely survived. Reception is staffed through the night, because a flight that lands at three in the morning is not an inconvenience, it is simply a guest arriving. The setting

Mpape sits below the granite hills on Abuja’s northern edge, far enough from the centre that the nights are genuinely quiet, close enough that the city is never more than a short drive. The central business district is around twenty-five minutes in ordinary traffic; the airport about forty-five; Jabi Lake and Wuse Market comfortably between.
