Reservations and payment
Availability and prices are confirmed during checkout. A reservation is validated only after the full amount has been received and confirmed by the hotel. Bank-transfer details are shown only through the booking flow; use your booking reference as the payment narration. A submitted booking that remains unpaid is not a guaranteed reservation.
Booking information
You are responsible for providing accurate guest, contact and stay information and for keeping booking and receipt links private. Contact the hotel promptly if a link or booking reference may have been shared with the wrong person.
Changes, cancellation and stay rules
The cancellation terms and any rate-specific conditions shown before booking apply to the reservation. Check-in, check-out, identification, smoking and property rules published on the Policies page form part of these terms. Contact the hotel before arrival to request a change; requests remain subject to availability and confirmation.
Website use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with availability, submit fraudulent bookings or payments, or use another guest’s booking information. We may restrict access needed to protect guests, staff and the service.
