What we do not do
Most hotel websites carry a handful of tracking scripts and a banner asking you to accept them. This one does not. There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no heatmap recorder and no third-party script watching what you look at. That is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
Nothing you do while browsing rooms, reading pages or checking dates is stored against you or shared with anyone.
The one cookie that exists
When a member of hotel staff signs in to the private admin area, a session cookie is set so the system knows who they are as they move between pages. It is strictly necessary — signing in is impossible without it — and it applies only to staff accounts, never to guests.
That cookie holds a signed session identifier and nothing else: no name, no personal detail, nothing readable. It expires when the session ends.
What your browser does on its own
Your browser keeps its own record of pages you visit, and may cache images and files from this site so they load faster next time. That is your browser doing its job, not us storing anything, and clearing your history and cache removes it.
Things we embed
The location map on our contact page is loaded from Google, and only when you click to see it. Until you do, nothing is requested from Google and nothing about you reaches them. Once you load the map their own terms apply to it, as they would if you had opened Google Maps yourself.
Our fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those font files from Google when the page opens. No cookie is set by that request.
If this changes
If we ever add analytics or anything that follows you, this page will say so before it goes live, and you will be asked first where the law requires it. We would rather tell you than have you find out.
Your information more generally
What we collect when you actually make a booking — your name, contact details and the details of your stay — is a separate matter, and it is set out in the privacy policy.
